This olive oil comes from hand-picked olives from the Coratina and other minor varieties growing in Puglia, or in the heel of the boot.
After cold pressing the olives in ancient stone mills, the first olive oil that rises spontaneously to the top is collected manually, resulting in an exquisite olive oil, with a bright green color and an intensely fresh and earthy taste.
Best with steak, grilled vegetables, bruschetta and pasta. Bottle size is 8.5 FL. oz. (250 ML).
